The conference timetable is designed to allocate sufficient time for academic presentations and in-depth discussions across the core fields of connected and autonomous vehicles and vehicle-infrastructure integration. Special sessions are reserved for young researchers to showcase their work, including oral and poster presentations based on accepted conference papers. The main components of CAVI 2026 are as follows:

Keynote Speeches: Distinguished experts in the field will deliver keynote speeches, each lasting 30-40 minutes, sharing cutting-edge research progress and industrial development insights.

Oral Presentations: Selected from accepted conference papers. Each presentation will be 10-15 minutes.

Panel Discussions: Invited renowned scholars and industry experts will participate in discussions, engaging in in-depth exchanges on critical topics and frontier issues in their respective areas of expertise.

Poster Presentations: Posters will be on display throughout the conference, providing ample time for one-on-one discussions between authors and attendees. Poster Specifications: A1 size (59.4 cm wide × 84.1 cm high / 23.4 inches × 33.1 inches).
