Notes:

1. One Presenter/Listener registration will cover: 1) access to all sessions; 2) conference materials; 3) coffee break, lunch buffet on the conference day;

2. One author (paper) registration fee covers the cost of reviewing and presentation of the online edition of the proceedings;

3. Accepted papers must be registered by the deadline, or they will not be published;

*Notes:

1. You can obtain the account detailed information from the Conference Secretary;

2. Please note that the bank may charge a service fee (usually up to 30 USD) when making the payment.

Payment Receipt:

1. After the registration is confirmed, an official receipt of your payment will be sent to you together with all conference materials at the conference site;

2. If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned version.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy:

1. All refund/cancellation requests must be received before May 15, 2026;

2. Cancellation and refund requests must be made formally via email.
